1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on krkiya, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the krkiya platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms apply to all players on krkiya regardless of how they access the platform — whether through a web browser, the krkiya mobile app, or any other method.

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account on krkiya. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, krkiya reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held within them.

4 Deposits and Payments

krkiya accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — the three mobile wallet services most widely used by players in Bangladesh. All transactions on krkiya are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There are no currency conversion fees on krkiya.

Deposits on krkiya are processed instantly under normal conditions. Once a deposit is confirmed by the payment provider, the funds will appear in your krkiya balance immediately. krkiya is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own systems.

5 Withdrawals

7 Game Rules and Fair Play

9 Account Suspension and Closure

krkiya reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, or any other conduct that krkiya deems harmful to the platform or its players.

If your krkiya account is suspended pending investigation, you will not be able to log in, deposit, withdraw, or place wagers during the suspension period. krkiya will aim to complete any investigation within a reasonable timeframe and will communicate the outcome to the affected player.

Players may also choose to close their own krkiya account at any time by contacting support. If you close your account voluntarily, any real money balance remaining will be returned to your registered mobile wallet after standard verification checks. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
